2. Buying and Selling on Mylashops

2.1 Myla is a marketplace that allows users to buy and sell a variety of products. Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when buying or selling on the platform.

2.2 Myla reserves the right to remove or suspend any listing or account that violates these Terms or the policies of Myla.

2.3 Users are encouraged to review and comply with Myla' Seller Policies and Buyer Policies available on the Platform.

3. Payments and Transactions

3.1 Myla may provide various payment methods for transactions. Users agree to comply with the payment methods and terms specified on the Platform.

3.2 Myla reserves the right to charge fees for the use of certain services, and users agree to pay such fees as applicable.

4. Product Listings and Descriptions

4.1 Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of product listings, including descriptions, images, and prices.

4.2 Myla may use product listing guidelines and policies similar to those of established e-commerce platforms such as Shopee.com, Lazada.com, Ebay.com, and Amazon.com.

4.3 Myla reserves the right to remove or edit product listings that violate these Terms or its policies.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Users agree not to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others when using Myla.

5.2 Myla respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. Any infringement claims should be reported to Myla for appropriate action.

6.1 Users agree not to engage in any conduct that violates these Terms, Myla policies, or applicable laws.

6.2 Myla may take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, for any user conduct that violates these Terms.

10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
